About the
Hanrine Foundation

The Hanrine Foundation is committed to strengthening outcomes for people in the regions where we operate, with a particular focus on Traditional Owner groups in the Pilbara.

Established in 2015 (originally as the Roy Hill Community Foundation), Hanrine brings together a network of committed organisations to support practical, long-term initiatives that make a real difference in the lives of individuals.

Our efforts are guided by three focus areas: Health, Education, and Arts & Culture. These pillars work together to improve access to care, unlock opportunity, and foster connection across generations.

We prioritise collaboration and seek to deliver initiatives that reflect local needs and aspirations.

Through this shared approach, the Hanrine Foundation continues to support pathways for success, wellbeing, and cultural strength within the footprint of Hancock Prospecting and its subsidiaries and partners, primarily in the Pilbara region of Western Australia.
